I had a beautiful stay at Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The hotel was in a lovely neighborhood, close to various attractions, making it easy to explore. The only drawbacks were a slight issue with our initial room's size and the pricing of breakfast, which felt a bit high. Overall, the ambiance, the staff service, and the comfort outweighed these minor issues.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-designed with an oil diffuser and lovely amenities, making for a cozy atmosphere. I did notice the pillows were a bit hard for my liking.
Service

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They promptly resolved the issue with my bedding and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated.

I loved the hotel's location near Paddington Station, making it super convenient for traveling around London. It was also a pleasant, quiet area to return to after a busy day.
Dining

While the breakfast at Yeotown was delicious, I found it a bit pricey for what we ordered. However, the variety of options available was great, especially for dietary restrictions.
Facilities

The hotel had a range of amenities, including dry cleaning and a nice bar area. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall vibe of the communal areas.

7.0/10

My stay at Inhabit Queen's Gardens was quite pleasant overall, with standout aspects such as the friendly and responsive staff and the modern room design. However, I did find the room size a bit cramped, especially when trying to navigate with my travel companion. The location near Paddington Station was very convenient, making it easy to get around London, but I did notice some noise from the street outside during my stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and modern, but I encountered issues with space; it felt quite small for two people. The layout was a bit awkward, with one side of the bed against the wall, making it difficult to get in and out comfortably.
Service
10.0
The staff were really good. always friendly and attentive, willing to help with any requests I had throughout my stay.
Location
8.0
Being just a short walk from Paddington Station made traveling around London really easy, but the proximity to busy roads did bring some external noise into my room at times.
Dining
9.0
The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a great variety of options. I did feel some dishes were a bit expensive, but overall, the quality was well worth it.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities like a small gym and availability of laundry and dry cleaning were convenient, though the gym required prior booking to ensure privacy.

I had a comfortable stay at Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, especially Manager Sara and receptionist Paloma. While I appreciated the modern and clean room, I did encounter a few minor issues, like the coffee situation that could use some improvement. Overall, the location is excellent, close to Paddington and Hyde Park, which made exploring easy.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and warm, although it lacked a window with a view. I appreciated the comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower, but there were reports of smaller rooms that might not be suitable for all travelers.
Service
10.0
The staff service was really good, with everyone I interacted with being helpful and approachable. Ayesha at the front desk was particularly warm and attentive to my needs, resolving any concerns I had promptly.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic. It’s quietly situated yet conveniently close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore London without the hustle.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast offerings, but I did find the coffee situation lacking as the filter coffee was quite poor. The nearby café Laurents is a great dining alternative worth trying.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered a nice range of amenities and the wellness programs were a great touch. However, I faced issues with the coffee station and some service elements that could be smoother.

7.4/10

My stay at Inhabit Queen's Gardens was a mixed bag. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made my arrival pleasant. However, I faced some issues with the room size and overall condition, feeling that it didn't quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's appearances online. The location was convenient, being close to public transport, but the room amenities felt lacking given the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite small, lacking essential features like adequate wardrobe space. I had expected more comfort for the 200 pounds I paid for one night, especially with such a tired and unrefreshed decor.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and responsive, especially Laura and trainee Patricia, who went out of their way to enhance my experience, though there were moments of frustration regarding my room complaints.
Location
8.0
Located in a nice, calm neighborhood, I appreciated how close it was to transport links, making it easy to navigate London.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were good, though I found it odd that the restaurant was run by a different company, which caused some confusion during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
I found the amenities to be quite basic considering the price point of the hotel; a mini-bar option requiring a trip to reception for service seemed overly cumbersome.

I was really excited about my stay, especially due to the sustainable practices and nice reception. However, the room was a major letdown. it was small, had a mouldy shower curtain, and wasn't up to the standards shown in photos. The breakfast situation also left much to be desired, with limited seating and confusing service. Overall, while some aspects showed promise, the negatives outweighed the positives for me.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and cold, and the shower room was inconvenient with a mouldy curtain. Not what I expected for the price.
Service
6.0
Though the reception staff were friendly, I found the overall customer service response lacking. especially when addressing my concerns.
Location
8.0
The location was great, close to transport and Hyde Park. It allowed me to explore areas I wouldn’t typically visit.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was disappointing due to limited table availability and confusion regarding seating. A buffet option would have been much appreciated.
Facilities

The hotel had some redeeming features, like the water stations and eco-friendly initiatives. but overall, the facilities needed improvement.
